Terms of Use

Last updated 21 July 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using rain.fun.

01Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing or using rain.fun (the “Interface”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface. You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you have the legal capacity to enter these terms, and that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where accessing the Interface or trading digital assets is prohibited or restricted.

02What rain.fun is

rain.fun is one of many possible front-end interfaces to a permissionless, autonomous protocol deployed on Robinhood Chain. The protocol’s smart contracts execute exactly as written. rain.fun does not operate the blockchain, cannot reverse transactions, and does not control the contracts once deployed. The software is experimental and provided on an “as-is” basis.

03User-created tokens — no endorsement

Tokens are created by users, not by rain.fun. We do not create, endorse, vet, guarantee, or take responsibility for any token, its creator, its metadata, or its conduct. Names, images, and links are supplied by creators and may be misleading. Nothing on the Interface is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own research and decisions.

04Risk disclosure

Trading meme tokens is extremely high risk. Prices are volatile and a token’s value can go to zero. Smart contracts may contain bugs or be exploited. Automated market maker mechanics, decentralized exchange trading, and locked liquidity all carry risk. Never commit more than you can afford to lose entirely. You accept full responsibility for all outcomes of your activity on the Interface.

05Wallets & custody

You use the Interface with your own self-custodial wallet. rain.fun never takes custody of your assets, never holds your private keys, and cannot move, freeze, or recover your funds. Every transaction is signed by you and broadcast to Robinhood Chain directly. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and its recovery phrase — if you lose access to it, we cannot restore it.

06Fees

Each trade pays the token pool’s swap fee, split between the token’s creator and the platform, as described in the documentation and enforced by the smart contracts. A fixed launch fee applies when creating a token. Fee parameters are set at the contract level and, once a token is launched, are sealed for that token and cannot be changed retroactively. Network gas fees are separate and paid by you.

07Funding & bridging

Using the protocol requires funds on Robinhood Chain. Moving assets from another network to Robinhood Chain is a bridge operation performed by third-party or canonical bridge contracts that rain.fun does not operate. Sending assets to the wrong network or address may result in permanent loss. Always confirm you are transacting on Robinhood Chain.

08Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Interface for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or infringing others’ rights, and not to access it from a restricted jurisdiction or via tools designed to conceal your location. We may restrict or remove content and hide tokens from our listings at our discretion; this is a front-end action only and does not affect the on-chain protocol.

09Market data & availability

Charts, market caps, holder counts, and other figures are produced by our own indexer, provided “as-is”, and may lag or differ from on-chain state. The Interface may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted at any time. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uptime.

10No warranty & limitation of liability

The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, rain.fun and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Interface or the protocol.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes may require you to accept the updated terms before continuing to use the Interface. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
